Arrival and Departure
We can cater for any arrival dates subject to availability.
Your apartment will normally be ready for you by 2pm at the latest on the first day of your holiday. If you are arriving later, then it will be available upon your arrival. This will allow us to clean and prepare your apartment after the outgoing guests depart. So please take this into account when booking your flight.
However, if there are no departing guests on that day, we will arrange for your apartment to be ready for your arrival. Keys will be available from the key safe next to the front door, to which you will be given entry code. Please advise us of your flight arrival and departure times so that we can make the necessary arrangements and advise you should there be a change to this arrangement.
If you do arrive in the early hours of the morning, please be thoughtful towards other residents.

We will endeavour to plan and provide as much as is reasonably possible to ensure that you have a hassle free holiday and to assure you of complete comfort, convenience and safety during your stay.
Transport to and from the Airport
We can arrange to pick you up from the airport and then drop you back at the end of your stay. We use a local company called Last Minute Travel who provide transport via a shuttle bus or private transfer. Please let us know if you need to use this service as we will arrange your pick up upon arrival and drop off at the end of your holiday. The cost of this is 10 to 15 Euros each way for upto 4 people. This is payable locally to the driver.
We would generally ask you to vacate your apartment on the last day by midday.
Although we do not generally have a fixed rule, unless there are incoming guests arriving on the same day and turnaround is tight.
If this is the case, then unfortunately we will need to be strict on the midday departure time. You will be given plenty of notice should this happen. However we will always try and help out wherever we can.
We really do appreciate your co-operation with regards to the above and your co-operation with our cleaning team.
Should you unfortunately have to wait to take occupancy of your apartment on the day of arrival, or wait until your flight departs on your last day, then there are numerous bars and restaurants nearby that will allow you to take in your luggage and either start off your holiday or finish in fine style.
There are plenty to chose from on the doorstep.
